Leeds vs Watford Prediction and Odds: Preview
The Whites made a fine start to their renewed top flight battle last season but have failed to live up to the expectations this season.
They had their chance in the last game when Raphinha struck against West Ham United but two second half goals saw the Hammers notching up their third win as Leeds failed to bank on their home advantage.
This is the first instance in 69 years that they have failed to record any win in their first 6 matches in the top flight.
Watford came into the season with a lot of hopes as they vowed to stay in the Premier League following their promotion to the top tier.
Sean Longstaff’s goal gave Newcastle United a deserving lead but Ismaila Sarr scored for the Hornets as they got lucky to get a point.
Watford’s luck escape should pave the way for them to continue their effortless transition in the top flight.

Leeds vs Watford Prediction and Odds: Predicted Lineup
Ismaila Sarr has been in rampaging form and already has bagged four goals in the Premier League. Leeds vulnerable defence could open the floodgates for the Watford attack which has been very impressive.
Bielsa is currently struggling to cope up with the injury problems as many as six players could be unavailable for their home game against the Hornets.
Diego Llorente suffered a muscular injury against Liverpool and since then hasn’t featured for the Whites. Patrick Bamford too might be unavailable as he is unlikely to get fit in time. Robin Koch and Adam Forshaw have had their injury problems and have been working tirelessly to get fit in time.
Pascal Strujik and Luke Ayling will be available as it stands and Bielsa could throw them directly to the starting lineup.
The Argentine did provide a fitness update ahead of the West Ham United match.
“Diego Llorente, Robin Koch and Patrick Bamford won’t be available. The rest of them I couldn’t tell you if they will be or they won’t be.
If I said they would definitely play or wouldn’t play, neither of those things are certain. That’s why I can’t confirm either of the two alternatives.”
Illan Meslier has been the preferred choice in between the sticks and will remain in the starting lineup.
Bielsa used a makeshift defence as Charlie Cresswell was brought in as a cover. But with Strujik back in the fold, he will partner Liam Cooper in the heart of the defence.
Luke Ayling will start on the right side of the defence and Junior Firpo will continue his progress on the left side.
Kalvin Philips will be the deepest midfielder.
Stuart Dallas and Mateusz Klich will be in a more advanced midfield role.
Daniel James and Raphinha will star on both flanks.
Rodrigo will start up front.
Ben Foster will be in the Hornets goal.
Craig Cathcart and William Troost-Ekong will have the responsibility to man the defence.
Danny Rose and Kiko Femenia will be the two side backs.
Juraj Kucka and Moussa Sissoko will have their chance in the middle of the pitch.
Tom Cleverley will be the most advanced midfielder.
Emmanuel Dennis and Ismaila Sarr will start on the two wings.
Josh King will be the lone striker.
According to the betting odds, Leeds United should get their first Premier League win against Watford

Leeds vs Watford Prediction and Odds: Recent Form
Watford struggled against Newcastle United as they failed to control the possession in the middle of the pitch which could create problems for them against Leeds. Xisco Munez has tried a number of combinations to unlock the creativity but so far no player has come up with that balance.
Ozan Tufan brought a bit of inspiration as he looked confident on his Premier League debut. He stabilises possession and looked to get the Hornets on the attack with some defence-splitting forward passes.
Also, the absence of Francisco Sierralta has seen Warford leaking some silly goals in the top flight. He was unarguably Watford’s best defender in the Championship but since that own goal against Wolves, the Chilean’s entry has been shunted by the gaffer. Craig Cathcart caught very badly in the last couple of matches and Sierralta could definitely improve the faulty Hornets backline.
