Lockdown Breakfast: Bread wins the breakfast search battle

Google Search: Before the lockdown, Bread was as popular as Dosa. But post the lockdown began, the game changed with massive search for bread related information online.

But are people consuming more bread? The answer is YES but not necessary that the bounce is huge. The biggest bounce may be coming from bachelor households where people are not trained to cook. But it also appears that unlike Dosa, Idli, Poha or Paratha, Indian households are not trained to make bread at home, many of the searches are related to learning how to make bread.
