Chhattisgarh vs Jharkhand – Chhattisgarh is better. They are testing more inspite of fewer cases and smaller population. In fact, in the last one week, Jharkhand carried out just 4% tests more and found 22% more cases

Chhattisgarh vs Assam – Chhattisgarh is better. No doubt Assam has been testing really well. In the last one week, Assam carried out 94541 tests vs Chattisgarh at 33958 tests, But here is the catch, Assam produced a positivity rate of 7.3% versus Chhattisgarh at 4%. So, what this data suggests is that Assam should test even more and is likely to find even more cases.
