The main focus will now be villages or the near areas where the workers live. This is a great opportunity for the workers, as they won’t have to migrate to big cities in order to find work. Second to that, it will also benefit the villages as major development work and new infrastructure will be put in place.
PM also urged the workers to follow the mandatory protocol and guidelines issued by the government in protecting the spread of the coronavirus. Wearing masks and maintaining social distancing needs to be ensured.
This is a great step towards a self-reliant India, as new industries will be set up in place near areas where local products are available. Our country is rich with resources and now industries will be set up near those places and work will be given to the migrant population. The local products of our country will be produced and manufactured. Villages and small towns will immensely benefit from this development.

The migrant population too will now be able to get work near their homes and get new job opportunities. Now not only metropolitan cities will be the hub of industries, villages and small towns too will see major growth.
