Ramjanmabhoomi Pujan : Intelligence agencies of India have warned of possible terrorist attack on Ramjanmabhoomi site in coming days. As per the news reported in India Today, intelligence agencies have warned of a possible terror attack at the ‘bhoomi pujan’ ceremony of Ram temple in Ayodhya on August 5.

On 5th August Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be visiting Ayodhya for bhoomi pujan of Ram Mandir. Along with Prime Minister many prominent personalities of India, including UP CM Yogi Adityanath, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat will be part of the ceremony.

Since the report of ISI planning of terrorist attack spread, security has been tightened in and around Ayodhya. It must not be forgotten that on 5th July 2005, five terrorists attacked the makeshift Ram temple in Ayodhya. All five were shot dead by CRPF. One civilian lost life in a grenade attack.

Since the news about Prime Minister visiting the Ramjanmabhoomi site for bhoomi pujan spread, oppositions have started targeting Prime Minister. Many are of the opinion that by visiting the site PM is disrespecting the constitutional position. Leaders like Owaisi, Sharada Pawar even said that Prime Minister’s visit to site will hurt the secular fabric of the nation. Shiv Sena Chief and Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray have even suggested for e-bhoomi pujan that is online bhoomi pujan.
