United States Women’s National Basketball team played first of their three group games on Tuesday. They were up against Nigeria. Both USA are Nigeria are are part of Group B along with Japan and Russia. USA defeated Nigeria by 81-72 points.

On Friday, USA will be up against Japan for their 2nd group game. Japan have defeated France in very close game which ended in 74-70 points.
